Commission Requests
Head on over to the ‘Contact Me’ page and submit any enquiries regarding any special commissions etc.
Please provide sufficient detail of any commissions that you request so that I know exactly what you envision.
All commission work will need to be secured with a 50% deposit via Paypal. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of request.
Prices for commissioned designs start at £20+ (Prices will vary depending on the artwork and the detail that will go into your desired pattern.) Creating a new knitting pattern involves creating many samples to ensure the pattern is perfect before starting production for your unique & handmade item. If you would like a better idea of the price of your commission request. Drop me an email and some photos or a drawing and I can give you a better idea of a timeframe and price.
Please note, some commissions can take longer than the 7-14 working days of my other knitted items. This can be due to - ordering a new colour of wool that I don’t currently have in my collection, creating a new knitting pattern and creating/working on samples to ensure the pattern is perfect before starting production of the final garment.
Where is my order?
Please note that all items are handmade to order and can therefore take up to 7-14 working days to be dispatched. Once your order is made, you will receive a dispatch email on the day it has been posted, it will then be sent via First Class, Royal Mail Delivery.
If your order is needed before a specific date within the 7-14 working days, please contact me before placing your order. So I can let you know if it’s possible to be made any quicker!
If you have any concerns that your parcel is missing, or haven’t received a dispatch email within 7-14 working days. (MON-FRI) Please contact me via my email ( alis.knits@outlook.com ) with your order number and full name so I can find your details and get back to you as quickly as possible!
