Shipping and returns

General Shipping Info UK:

Everything I stock is designed and made to order in Wales, UK. This is a one women show - so when you place an order, I make it.  For this reason some products have a 14 working day production period.  This time period gives me enough time to physically make your product, then you also must allow 2 working days for Royal Mail to deliver your product.

If you need a product for a specific date, please get in touch before ordering via my contact page or email alis.knits@outllook.com and I'll try my very best to accommodate! 

When your products have been made, they are sent using Royal Mail First Class, so please make sure someone is at home for your delivery. This service usually takes 1-2 working days.  You will receive an email when your order has been despatched.

Please note that it is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. If you have accidentally entered the incorrect address you are more than welcome to send me an email to amend it and I will send it over to the address given.

Returns:

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving any items via my email alis.knits@outlook.com. I will be happy to assist with any concerns.

KNITWEAR

Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for my knitted items. All products are handmade to order with a lot of love and care, and the finest lambswool to ensure the highest quality possible. However if you are really not happy with the quality of your order, you can send over images of the items quality over to alis.knits@outlook.com and we can discuss your concerns. If an item doesn't fit, I am always more than happy to offer alterations.

CLOTHING

Returns period for clothing items is 2 weeks from the date of dispatch. Please ensure you contact me as soon as possible if you’d like to return or exchange your items. Any requests to return after the two week period will not be accepted.

Return postage is at the customer's expense. If you are requesting an exchange or alteration I will happily pay for the item to be sent back out to you.

Once I have received your item I will process the refund. All refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your bank.

Please keep in mind if an item is returned with visible stains/tares or if I have any concerns that the item looks worn, I will not be able to accept the refund and the item will be sent back to you.
